Despite being usually afraid, most people, of both sexes, commence to have experiences with the opposite sex already in adolescence. Progress tends to be slow for their vast majority and it?s reached alongside various partners. Thus, a girl may kiss a thirteen-year-old boy for the first time and afterwards, gradually, gear into motion up until reaching a full-blown sexual relationship around the age of eighteen or nineteen.

In the case of boys that is highly variable. For the boys, in this phase mostly, any person willing and available serves. Their best interests being towards sex itself other than relationship, whereas romantic aspects of sex attract girls. Obviously, such conditions are predispositions culturally instilled.

Although our apprentice in lovemaking begins practically at birth, the capacity to love someone of the opposite sex blossoms later o­n. It is when the sentiment of loving someone spellbinds, who is sexually preferred by others as well. Such sentiment o­nly emerges at the end of adolescence or shortly thereafter. Choices made before this timeframe, no matter how the two of them believe to be in love, are bound to be non-everlasting.

Certain people never come to develop the capacity for loving someone thoroughly; others however are incapable of considering the loved o­ne as a potential sex partner as well.

Therefore, much as the development of sexual capability as the capacity for loving may not work out in the first place. Nevertheless, when everything works out, the possibility to express both aspects to someone of the opposite sex becomes plausible.

When that happens, the individual is in love o­nly for the sake of it, neither carries o­n having sexual relations simply because that is such a relief for o­ne?s sexual urges. The very core of choice making grounded o­n personality traits and the capacity to understanding and communicating with the partner.

There is further probability of striking balance in sexual relationship in cases that personalities and cultural background being similar. So, for most people, foundations for a balanced act between a man and a woman lie in friendship. So then, they will stand a chance to express their feelings in lovemaking and therefore accept it, as well as in relationship sexually orientated.

Once men and women, in manners probably innate, possess complementary virtues and not conflicting, they can cooperate if well thought after, given mutual support to each other. However possible it may seems to disagree with this standpoint, seemingly that such is ideal a context in order to a man and a woman seize the opportunity to express themselves, reaching mutual satisfaction, and certain meaningful to life. That, for the vast majority, too, includes upbringing and education of kids.

Unlikely what most think, the sexual desire whether female or male ceases not during pregnancy. There might as well the couple become somewhat weary o­n keeping sexual relations during this period, by fear of a possible abort, premature childbirth or insecurities faced up to this.

Some women feel extremely sensual during pregnancy, by breast enlargement and tummy, looking rather femme-like. It is also important to bear in mind that the pregnancy brings out the true colors of the couple. If the duo is in harmony or if are in unsatisfactory relation, sex might as well be good for that. The woman would probably turn to herself worryingly about her baby's well being, and the man would feel more at ease to avoid reaching sexually his woman.

Sex is always good, in any stage of the life of man and woman. It boils down to the couple the dialogue and understanding for this moment, now that active sexuality needs no interruption during pregnancy since orgasm is not reached through penetration alone. The couple can play erotically so that could the flame of desire keep o­n going, as corner stones of such stage.

Historically the female sexuality has always been motive for taboos and controversy. Up until recently talking about the subject meant taboo-like. Parents pursuing a castrating education, would hardly speak, better still, would never approach the subject with their daughters. Such behavior gets explained by the innumerous variables within the myriad of cultures and races.

Even after the sexual revolution the women, many women in my opinion, still find it difficult to exercise thoroughly their sexuality.

If prior were lack of dialogue in family or lack of adequate information about the subject that still exist, currently women have been ?victims? of their own fears, bias, besides low self-esteem. I believe that nowadays the competitive world in all its aspects has reinforced a competition between women themselves leading them to a process of exterior change, making her forget changes and interior growth.

There could be translated by the sweaty bodies at fitness centers, women of all ages who pack up clinics of plastic surgery, masks and creams that promise retarding the ageing process, fight off cellulite, much as the dictatorship of trend for the perfect body slender and rectilineal, among others.

Thus, many women self-proclaimed independent and well sorted out, ended up by letting themselves in for such neuroses, and somehow, yet had their sexual lives affected. There are those who believe that so long as attained the perfect figure means that there will be no reason to be swapped by other younger or most beautiful, reflex  their own insecurity and low self-esteem.

These women demonstrate insecurity approaching their own sexuality. Many minimize themselves by being unable to reach orgasm, others by failing in reaching a satisfactorily sexual relation, as though the perfect body would be the answer or solution to their sexual issues.

It is interesting to say that in therapy with couples are not males who complain about their partners? shape, all the way around the majority remark appreciate the contours of their partners.

I am not against spas or plastic surgery, far from that I chiefly believe that a woman can and should employ all resources available in order to feel most beautiful and younger, so long as not becoming hostage of her own appearance. In other words, the ideal is that the external changes come alongside internal changes, thus I swear by, that can be possible.

Clinical-ground experience has showed that sex does not depend o­n such devices to the benefit of some woman fulfill herself sexually. Therefore, a well-sorted woman is that who likes herself, knows what she wants and what should be done to conquer her objectives and desires.

As for female sexuality, a woman sexually fulfilled, would be that able to tell what she likes, sharing with her partner her doubts, fantasies, desires, knowing how to guide her partner in search for her own pleasure as well as the couple?s.
